Will Mauresmo Still Finish First?
I’ve been thinking about the current rankings a bit lately, especially after Sharapova’s win in Zurich. Now, even though Mauresmo and Henin-Hardenne are sitting pretty at the top, they are both injured and sitting more out than anything else.
If Mauresmo had managed to secure her spot with a win in Zurich it would be one thing, but the shoulder injury set her back.
If Sharapova tears through Austria, she’s got a good chance at the number 1 spot come season’s end.
So what do you think will happen? Will Mauresmo lose her top spot or manage to keep it?
