Upcoming Matches at Roland-Garros 2006

So who’s still left in the running at the French Open?

Well, we’ve got the following players facing each other in upcoming matches this week:

• Vaidisova vs. Williams
• Safina vs. Kuznetsova
• Henin-Hardenne vs. Groenefeld
• Hingis vs. Clijsters

I must confess I’m disappointed that Mauresmo was knocked out already. I guess the pressure of the French Open is still getting to her. My next favorite in the running is Henin-Hardenne, and I think she has a pretty good shot against Groenefeld.

The Hingis/Clijsters match will definitely be a good one, too.
