Martina Navratilova: 100% Ready for Wimbledon
Martina Navratilova has assured fans and the press that she will in fact be playing Wimbledon this year, despite any rumors to the contrary due to her last-minute withdrawal from the DFS Classic tournament.
“I’ll be good for Wimbledon, 100 percent,” Navratilova said Tuesday. “I’m sure I’ll be 100 percent and ready to go.”
The reasons for her withdrawal from the DFS Classic was a swollen knee, which she assures everyone that is just fine.
