Martina Navratilova has assured fans and the press that she will in fact be playing Wimbledon this year, despite any rumors to the contrary due to her last-minute withdrawal from the DFS Classic tournament.

Clijsters and Henin-Hardenne will be facing each other in the semi-finals.

Wow, that was tense match. The two were pretty evenly matched in the first set, but then Williams started faulting a little too much, which gave Vaidisova the advantage.
In the end, Vaidisova beat Venus Williams 6-7, 6-1, 6-3, which means she’s off to the semi finals to face Kuznetsova.
